YoursDone builds and hosts simple websites for local businesses. For $99 per year, we design your website, register your domain, host it, and handle updates when you need them. That is the whole deal.
By using our service, you agree to these terms. If anything here does not work for you, just let us know and we will figure it out - or you can cancel at any time.
For $99 per year, you get:
Your subscription renews annually. We will send you a reminder email before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@yoursdone.com. When you cancel:
If you are not happy with your website, let us know within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will give you a full refund. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
You are responsible for the content you provide for your website - text, photos, and business information. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us. We will not publish anything without your approval.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we are asked to create a website that contains:
If we need to decline a project for any of these reasons, we will let you know and issue a full refund.
We do our best to keep your website running smoothly, but things can occasionally go wrong - servers have hiccups, domains take time to propagate, and so on. Our maximum liability for any issue is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is $99 per year.
We are not responsible for any indirect losses, such as lost business or missed opportunities, that may result from your website being temporarily unavailable.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
