How long does it take to get my website?

Usually 3 to 5 business days from when you send me your info. I will keep you updated the whole way so you always know where things stand. If you need something faster, just let me know and I will do my best.

What is included in the $99/year?

Everything. Your own domain name, hosting, SSL certificate, a custom design built for your business, a mobile-friendly layout, and free content updates whenever you need them. There are no hidden fees, no upsells, and no surprise charges at renewal time.

Can I make changes to my website?

Absolutely! Just send me an email with what you want changed - new photos, updated hours, a different phone number, whatever you need. I will get it done within 1 business day. Content updates are always free and included in your plan.

Do I own my domain?

Your domain is registered and managed as part of your subscription. I handle all the renewals so it never expires on you. If you ever decide to cancel and want to transfer the domain to another provider, I will help you with that process.

How do I cancel?

Just send me an email and I will take care of it - no hoops to jump through, no guilt trips. You can cancel any time. Your site stays live until the end of your current billing period.

What happens when I cancel?

Once your billing period ends, your site goes offline and the domain stops pointing to it. I keep a backup of your site for 30 days in case you change your mind. If you want to come back later, just email me and I can get you set up again.

How does the contact form work?

When someone fills out the contact form on your site, you get an email with their message straight to your inbox. If you are not seeing form submissions, check your spam or junk folder first. If they are still not showing up, let me know and I will look into it.

Can I add more pages?

Yes! Extra pages are included at no additional cost. If you need a services page, an about page, a gallery, or anything else, just tell me what you want on it and I will get it built. Usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

How do I get support?

Just email me at hello@yoursdone.com. I am deaf, so email is the best way to reach me - and it works out great because you always have a written record of everything. I typically reply within a few hours during business days.

What if I do not like the design?

I will revise it until you are happy - that is part of the deal. Just describe what you would like changed and I will make it happen. Different colors, layout, fonts, images - whatever you need. There is no extra charge for design revisions.
